Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

All international orders (including shipments to the United States) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.

Duties & Taxes

• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Refused or Returned Shipments

• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping, and handling costs charged to us will be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Abandoned Shipments

• If a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to non-payment or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import fees.
