Privacy Policy — Amici Made

Amici Made ("we", "us") operates www.amicimade.com, hosted on Shopify. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order details, so we can fulfil your order. Payment is processed by Shopify and our payment providers — we do not store your full card details.
- Account and contact information you give us, including when you sign up for our email list (including for a discount code).
- Device and browsing information (cookies and similar tech) about how you use the store, used to run the site, remember your cart, and understand which products people look at.
- Messages you send us (email, social media, contact forms).

How we use it
To process and ship your orders, communicate with you about them, screen for fraud, run and improve our store and advertising, and — if you've signed up — send you emails about drops, restocks and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing
We share information with Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and the production partners who make and ship your made-to-order pieces — only what's needed to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies
The store uses cookies to function (cart, checkout, preferences) and to understand traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some may break parts of the checkout.

Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing theamicibrand@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example Canada, the EU/UK, or California), you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour valid requests.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted here.
